2027 to 2031
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
The City of Staples will hold a public hearing on July 28 at 7:05 p.m. at City Hall, 122 6th St NE to present and accept comments on the 2027 to 2031 Capital Improvement Plan. A copy of the draft is available at City Hall, 122 6th St NE.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing and provide comments.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given the City of Motley City Council will convene for their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at Motley City Hall to conduct one public hearing:
Variance Application V-26-11 to consider a deviation from the OHW setback for the construction of a Garage. The subject property is located at 617 County Line Rd N, Property ID 410004001.
All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to City Hall or via email at clerk@cityofmotley.com. Staff reports will be made available at City Hall, typically one week before the scheduled meeting.

A reminder that the following township offices will be voted for at the State General Election to be held Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Candidates may file for these offices through 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. You may call Ty Peterson, 703-209-2678 for an appointment or the office of the clerk will be open Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. located at 7969 65th Ave. SW, Motley, MN 56466. Candidates must complete an Affidavit of Candidacy and pay a $2.00 filing fee at the time of filing.
Filings will be accepted during the filing period for the following offices to be elected on November 3, 2026:
