Huber jumping at nationals

Former Staples Motley track and field athlete Brian Huber has qualified for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships, which will be held on May 26-28 in Bradenton, Florida.
Huber will compete in the long jump, which will feature 19 competitors. The event is at 2 p.m. central time on Thursday, May 26 in a finals-only competition. He has the ninth-best jump in the nation this season at 24-8 1/2. Huber was All-American in the long jump indoors in March.
