Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. the Todd County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Commissioners Meeting Room, 215 First Ave. South, Long Prairie to consider the following applications.

•Blair Maas: E 272ft of N 400ft of E2 NW4, Section 5 of Kandota Township. Address: 18571 150th St. PIN: 14-0004401. Conditional Use Permit request for a boat and ATV service center (Service Business) in AF-1 zoning.

•Steven and Debra Thill: Part of SE4 of the SE4, Section 1 of Kandota Township. PIN: 14-0000601.  Subdivision request for the creation of a 4 lot plat named “Hillside Run” containing 9.77 acres in Shoreland (NE).

•Marvin Drayna: S32 Rds of SW4 of NW4 E of River, Section 09, Hartford Township. PIN: 12-0012500. Review of existing conditional use permit C#20030624459, garage/commercial farm machinery repair (Service Business). Commercial/Shoreland zoning.
