1. Default has occurred in the Contract for Deed (“Contract”) dated July 31, 2017, and filed for record on October 2, 2017, as Document Number 506073, in the Office of the County Recorder of Todd County, Minnesota, in which BOUSON ENTERPRISES, a general partnership, as Seller, sold to WADE J. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order with Reeck, L. Anderson, Winkels and Freeman present in person, with B. Anderson and Lund attending remotely via Zoom (comprising a quorum). Also attending: Supt. Tappe, Business Manager Lego, Principal Ferdon, Pangrac and Williams, representing ICS, incoming Elementary Principal Berg, several district staff, Staples World Managing Editor Anderson and Recording Secretary Walz. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Chair Winkels gave an opening statement regarding remote meeting protocol including the requirement that all action items require Roll Call votes.

Motion by Freeman, seconded by L. Anderson, to add items #12, #13, #14, #18w, #18x and #18y to the agenda. B. Anderson, Lund, Winkels, Freeman, Reeck and L. Anderson in favor; opposed none. MC

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order with B. Anderson, Freeman, Lund, L. Anderson, Reeck and Winkels present, comprising a quorum. Also present were Principals Berg and Ferdon, Business Manager Lego, Supt. Tappe, Building and Grounds Director Peterson and Recording Secretary Walz. The pledge of allegiance was recited.

Motion by B. Anderson, seconded by Lund to adopt the agenda. MC.

Ehlers gave a presentation about the Operating Levy Renewal for taxes payable in 2024. 

The board toured the elementary school portion of the School Improvement Plan construction project, viewing updates to classrooms, converted gymnasium to cafeteria/commons, new music room and updated secure front office entrance.
