AERATION WARNING

 

NOTICE: An aeration system creating thin ice will be in operation on the southeast shoreline on Lake Shamineau, 33203 and 33211, during ice conditions fall of 2023 and continuing through Spring 2024. The purpose is to protect the shoreline from ice expansion. 

Please be aware of open water and thin ice.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS - Contractor’s sealed proposals for the construction of Todd-Wadena Community Corrections Facility, Eagle Bend, Minnesota, a project including General, Mechanical and Electrical Construction will be received by the Architect, at the above-mentioned time and place in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Ringdahl Architects, Inc.

Bids will be received as follows: Combined bid including general, mechanical, and electrical and site work.

Bids received after deadline will be returned unopened.

Bids will be opened publicly immediately after time of receiving bids.

Department Reports

J. Anderson, Finance Mang. gave an update on the changes of TS/CR revenue that is generated, and that effective the 23/24 SY, FED will invoice districts 95% of that revenue to cover the increase expenses of the program.

J. Wothe, SpEd Director shared on the well-attended SpEd trainings that were offered this past month for staff from the Member Districts as well as FED Staff.

S. Veronen and J. Wothe left the meeting.

E. Weber, Ex. Dir. gave an update on the following items; Ex. Goals of continuous work on the strategic planning, AASA MN Cohort and to improve, broaden his knowledge of school finance by attending the MASA Finance Academy. ND
