NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of Staples, Minnesota will meet in the Council Chambers of the Staples City Hall, located at 122 6th Street NE, Staples, Minnesota, 56479, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, thereby dedicating a portion of their regular monthly meeting to identify community development and housing needs, including the needs of very low and low income persons, as well as other needs of the community that might be addressed through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.  The public hearing will include a review of the proposed CDBG activities, their benefiting location(s), overall cost and proposed financing, and the implementation schedule. Citizens will be provided the opportunity to comment upon the original Citizen Participation Plan, or to the activities for which CDBG funds will be used.
