BULLARD TOWNSHIP - ASSESSMENT NOTICE 

 

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Review - Equalization of the Township of Bullard of Wadena County, Minnesota, will meet at the Bullard Township Hall in Section 27 of Bullard Township at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.  

If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local board of appeal and equalization. The board will review your assessments and may make corrections as needed. Generally, you must appeal to the local board before appealing to the county board of appeal and equalization.

REGION FIVE DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION SEEKS CONSTRUCTION SERVICES PROPOSALS

 

Region Five Development Commission (R5DC) is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) from construction firms to partner with a contractor to complete building improvements for the SHED Accelerator project located at Brainerd Annex building located at 213 South 5th Street in Brainerd. The deadline for responses is 4:30 p.m. CST on April 4, 2022. Interested parties are urged to review the full eligibility criteria and RFP details at regionfive.org/rfp.
