Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Todd County, Minnesota will receive sealed bids for the extra publication of the Financial Statement for the year 2024 as required by law until Noon, Friday, January 3, 2025. Bids will be opened at or near 9:05 a.m. on January 7, 2025 in the County Board Room.

NOTICE
TRI-COUNTY STOCKYARDS
PCA PERMIT
Notice is hereby given per Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 116, that Tri-County Stockyards, has made application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency or the county of Todd County for a permit to construct or expand a feedlot with a capacity of 500 animal units or more.
The existing facility was last permitted for a mix of Beef Slaughter animals and feeder cattle totaling 2,450 Animal Units. The animal units are housed in open lots and total confinement barns, manure contaminated run-off is stored in a Geosynthetic lined basin.
The proposed expansion consists of changing the animal type to feeder cattle, up to 3,500 head or 2,450 animal units, and installing run-off controls and constructing an earthen basin to collect run-off from the large open lots at the facility.
