Richard Perry

Richard “Butch” Perry, 77, of Bertha, formerly of Superior, Wisconsin, passed away at his home on October 1, 2021. 

Visitation will be held Weds., October 6 at 4:00 p.m. at the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Staples with the funeral service beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Richard was a family man; always making sure that his family was well cared for and doing what  needed to be done for his family. He was always concerned about everyone else first, before himself. He will be greatly missed.

Richard is survived by his wife of 53 years, Hjardis; two daughters, Melanie (Dave) Sanderson and Christine (Doug Poshek) Kolp; one daughter-in-law, Kathy Perry; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and two sisters, Darlene Burger and Maxine Monti.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Joseph and Walter and three brothers, Tom Perry, Willard Perry and Robert Perry.
