Peter Lahr

Peter Lahr, 72, of Lincoln, passed away unexpectedly June 26, 2016 at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Services will be held at noon, Thursday, June 30 at St. James Catholic Church in Randall. Visitation will be held June 30, from 10 a.m. until time of services at the church. 

Interment will be at Scandia Valley Ogema Point Cemetery.

Arrangements are with the  Brenny Funeral Chapel in Randall.

Peter was born January 26, 1944 to Wendelin and Francis Lahr at Mayhew Lake. He moved to Lincoln in 1961, where he owned and operated Lahr’s Excavating. Peter married Hedy Bridge in Motley on January 29, 1966. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, spending time with his family and the outdoors. He was well known throughout the community.

He is survived by his wife; three sons, Wayne (Shirley) of Enderlin, ND, Paul (Monica) of Wahkon and Mike (Jackie) of Lincoln; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, MaryAnn Saldana, Alvina Sekhon and many nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Cody Lahr.
