Judy Bottila

Judy A. (McGillivray) Bottila, 72, of Monticello passed away October 26, 2021.

Funeral services were held November 2 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Brooklyn Park.

Burial will be held Wednesday, November 3 at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Hll Cemetery in Staples.

Judy was born to Frank and Olga (Peterson) McGillivray on July 28, 1949 in Staples and grew up there. She married Duane A. Bottila in 1967. She was very proud of her family and will be missed as the matriarch of the family. She was talented and passionate about her arts and crafts. 

Judy is survived by her husband, Duane; three children, Dawn (Tom), Matthew (Cindi) and Melisa (Matt); two grandchildren, Kalie (Chris) and Eli; four step-grandchildren; one great-grandson, Kellen and two brothers, Dave and Greg (Debbie).

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Larry, Jr. and Sonny and two sisters, Marlys and Marilyn.
