Harvey Marohn

Harvey P. Marohn, 93, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2022, after a brief stay in the hospital. Services will be 11am on Saturday February 12, 2022, at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Motley with a visitation starting one hour prior.

Harvey was born in rural Todd County on June 6, 1928, to Paul and Emma Marohn. He graduated from Motley High School. On April 17, 1949, he married Shirley Markfelder. Harvey worked as a truck driver delivering milk for many years.

Harvey enjoyed hunting and fishing, spending time outdoors. He was an awesome father and grandfather. He always had a story to tell.

Harvey is survived by his son David (Debra) Marohn, and one granddaughter Amanda Marohn.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Staples.
