Bruce Haber
Bruce Haber, 73, of Motley, passed away peacefully surrounded by family after a short battle with cancer.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, July 25 at 11:00 a.m. at the Taylor Funeral Home in Staples. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Taylor Funeral Home.
Bruce was born June 24, 1952, to Norman and Evelyn (Anderson) Haber in St. Cloud. He worked as a journeyman electrician throughout his entire career and was known for his strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
Outside of work, Bruce had many passions: fishing, hunting, tinkering on projects, listening to records and collecting coins. His greatest joy, was spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren, who meant the world to him.
Bruce is survived by his beloved wife, Eva; one son, Aaron (Melany) Haber; one daughter, Megan (Paul Williams) Haber; three grandchildren, Ethan Haber, Isla Williams and Luna Haber; two sisters, Nancy (Mike) Baethke and Lynette (Scott) Varner; one brother, Mark (Char) Haber; many nieces, nephews and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Marilyn Haber and one granddaughter, Aurora Raven Williams.
Bruce will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor and love for life.
Arrangements are by Taylor Funeral Home, Staples.
