Notice is hereby given that on Thursday March 30, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. the Todd County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing in the Commissioner’s board room, 215 1st Ave. South, Long Prairie, Minnesota to consider the following Variance applications:

1. Daniel and Julie Johnson: Sec-25 Twp-127 Rng-33 Morning View Lot-1 Blk-1 and Part of vacated ‘H’ Street of Harcora Lodge First Add AND Morning View Lot-2 Blk-1

Variance request to allow a 33 foot property access easement to a public road to qualify for the public road requirement for Lot #1 and Lot #2 of Morning View Subdivision.

4. Jeff and Karen Sawyer: Sec-25 Twp-127 Rng-33 Part of Gov’t Lot 1

Variance request to reduce the structural setback from the ordinary high water level for four structures. Three structures from 100 feet to 19 feet and one structure at 32 feet from OHWL  2.) To exceed the shoreland building setback height limit of 18 feet by 1 foot to allow 19 foot structure.
