Missing Motley woman safely located

Cass County Sheriff Tom Burch reported on Sept. 30, that Alice Whim, the subject of the missing person investigation, has been safely located and is no longer considered a missing person.
Whim, 21, had been reported missing from a residential group home in rural Motley on Aug. 12. As per the sheriff’s report on Sept. 7, Whim was believed to be voluntarily missing and foul play was not suspected.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office thanks the media and public for their assistance in this matter.
