Motley Police, Morrison Cty Sheriff’s reports
Recent reports from the Motley Police Department (MPD) and the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) included the following:
Sept. 28 - The MPD and MCSO responded to a report of a person with their face painted like a clown at Ortons in Motley. Caller stated they thought this was suspicious.
Sept. 24 - MPD Officer Jason Borash issued a citation to Brianna Wenner, 23, for failure to move over for an emergency vehicle; and speeding citations to Alyssa Guzek, 28; Tyson Temple, 27; and Jacinta Urbano, 22.
Sept. 23 - MPD Officer Borash issued a citation to Patrick Rough, 21, for having mirrored windows on his vehicle; and a speeding citation to Reid Vanelsberg, 20.
Sept. 22 - MPD Chief Ron Smith issued a citation to Sheena Meyer, 32, for not having a valid MN drivers license. Driver had been stopped for having out of date tabs.
Sept. 27 - The MCSO received a call from Eric Stumbo who reported hitting a deer with his vehicle on 330th St. in Cushing.
Sept. 27 - The MCSO received a report that six gallons of hydraulic oil had been spilled at 1070 Holt Rd. in Cushing.
Sept. 25 - The MCSO received a call from Bruce Pederson that a boat washed up to shore at his cabin on Bay View Trl. in Cushing. The registered owner of the boat was contacted.
