Forrest Dingman

Forrest (Butch) Lee Dingman, 80, of Motley, passed away July 4, 2022, quietly at his home from advanced cancer. 

Memorial services will be held July 20, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Lincoln Evangelical Free Church Cushing, with Pastor Don Reigstad presiding. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church. 

Interment will be at the Motley Cemetery.

Forrest was born to Herbert and Verna (Batchelder) Dingman on June 11, 1942 in Randall. He graduated from Motley High School in 1960. He took over the family farm in 1971 where he remained until his death. 

Forrest married Pearl (Walberg) Olson January 15, 1994, at the Lincoln Evangelical Free Church.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Pearl; one stepson, Erik (Kimberlee) Olson; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Sherry (Frank) Mudgett and several nieces and nephews. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; eight brothers and two sisters.
