COUNTY DITCH 41 - LAKE SHAMINEAU LAKE IMPROVEMENT DISRICT (LSLID)
OUTLET PETITION - HEARING NOTIFICATION
A Public Hearing will be held Tuesday June 29, 2021 at 7 p.m. It will be held at the Todd County Expo Building located at the Todd County Fairgrounds, 203 9th St NE, Long Prairie, MN 56347. This Public Hearing is regarding a Petition that has been submitted by the LSLID requesting to use County Ditch 41 as an outlet for their High-Water Outlet Project. All interested landowners are welcome and encouraged to attend this Informational Meeting. Commissioners Becker, Erickson, Neumann, Kneisl, Kircher, Attorney Kurt Deter and CDI Nancy Uhlenkamp will be in attendance for Todd County. The LSLID representatives, Attorney, and Engineer will be in attendance for the LSLID.
Landowners can join the meeting in the following ways.
1 - In person at the Todd County Expo Building, 203 9th St NE, Long Prairie, MN 56347.
2 - By phone/call-in.
3 - By Zoom (internet meeting). If you would like to join the meeting via Zoom you will need a computer, internet, microphone, and speakers. If you do not have a microphone built into your computer, you can call in as well to be able to hear and talk. NOTICE OF AND ORDER FOR HEARING ON PETITION FOR DETERMINATION
OF DESCENT

Rodney D. Mertens,
Decedent.
Gloria K. Perfetti (“Petitioner”) has filed a Petition for Determination of Descent.
It is Ordered that on July 26, 2021, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 221 First Avenue South, Long Prairie, Minnesota, on the petition.
The petition represents that the Decedent died testate more than three (3) years ago leaving property in Minnesota. The petition requests the Court probate the decedent’s last Will dated March 12, 2004, determine the descent of such property, and assign the property to the persons entitled.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the petition will be granted.
Notice shall be given by publishing this Notice and Order as provided by law and by:
Mailing a copy of this Notice and Order to each interested person by United States mail at least 14 days before the time set for the hearing.
