Staples-Motley cross country runners will hold their first official practice on Monday, Aug. 15, at 6:45 p.m. at Pine Grove Park in Staples. There will be a parent meeting at 7 p.m. at Pine Grove Park as the runners practice.
The cross country team will also practice every morning that week with warm-ups starting at 7:30 a.m.
