Staples Mayor Chris Etzler speaks to the 150 or so people gathered for the National Joint Powers Alliance open house on Aug. 16, to celebrate the new addition to the NJPA building. Etzler said the growth, hard work and dedication that NJPA does makes the cooperative “a banner for our community.” After the program, NJPA employees gave tours of the new spaces.
