School board agenda
The Staples Motley School Board will meet Monday, Sept. 19, at 7 p.m. at the high school media center.
Tentative agenda items include:
o School/community forum, if presenters contact the board chair or superintendent by noon regarding the topic.
o Finance items include the proposed tax levy for 2016-17, agreement with National Joint Powers Alliance for the services of Jenny Holms, public relations services, agreement with Lakewood Health System for EMS services at $80 per event for approximately 48 home events, agreement with Northern Pines, agreement for services for community education licensure with Jerry Nesland and approve the 2015-16 write-offs.
o Approve contracts for Deb Eagletail, Melissa Wright, Kimberly Berggren, Dale Stoll, Kathy Robben, Robert Larson, Justin Genosky and Becky Templin as paraprofessionals; and increase contract time for Deb Meyer, elementary enrichment teacher.
o Accept resignations from Steve Hoemberg and Huck Holst.
o Approve an extended field trip request for a music tour in March, 2017.
Other items include reports from the principals, superintendent, SMEA and school board committees
