Pig races coming to Motley June Fest

Dozens of people cheered on the famous LA (Leader Area) Racing Pigs last weekend at the Bear’s Den in Leader. Emcee and owner Gary Dauer will be taking his family-friendly show on the road to the Motley Fairgrounds June 18, as part of June Fest. Show times are at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., in the horse arena. Pig races are also held every Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. in Leader, through Labor Day weekend.
