Motley woman still missing, no foul play suspected

Cass County Sheriff Tom Burch reports that the investigation into a woman missing from a residential group home in rural Motley is on-going. Several leads have been followed up on with no substantial results.

Alice Whim, 21, was reported missing on Aug. 12. She resided at a group home on 61st Ave. SW. Alice is described as having dark brown hair and olive-colored eyes; approximately 5 ft. tall and weighing approximately 100 pounds. Whim was last seen wearing gray sweat pants and a red shirt.

As per the sheriff’s report on Sept. 7, Whim is believed to be voluntarily  missing and foul play is not suspected. The public is not in danger at this time.

Whim does have ties to the Twin Cities Metro Area.
