December 11 marked the third Sunday in Advent, a time of expectant waiting and preparation for the celebration of the nativity of Jesus at Christmas. Pictured above at Motley United Methodist Church, Connie and Harvey Macheel light the third Advent candle of the season and lead the congregation in a call and response liturgy.
