2017 Science Fair winners announced

Motley-Staples Middle School

The 2017 Motley-Staples Middle School Science Fair was held Jan. 25 in the small gym. Over 200 entries were displayed as parents and 12 volunteers from Camp Shamineau judged the entries. Those placing in the top three in two categories - Experiement and Research  - move on to the District Science Fair. Medals were presented to the top placers Jan. 26 in the MSMS Media Center. The project was coordinated by Kasey Odden, MSMS 6th Grade Science teacher.

The Freshwater Education District Science Fair  will be held Feb. 15 and 16 at the Bertha-Hewitt Community Center in Bertha. The public is invited to attend on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. The awards ceremony will begin at 4 p.m.
