Notice is hereby given that the Todd County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners meeting room, Historic Courthouse, 215 First Ave. South, Long Prairie, MN to consider the following applications.
NOTE: This meeting is again being held in-person and the public is encouraged to attend, but Zoom and phone options are still available for those who are unable to attend in person. AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE SALE OF PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: THE CITY OF STAPLES DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Sec. 1. The City of Staples is hereby empowered to sell the following real estate located in the City of Staples, County of Todd, State of Minnesota in accordance with the sale price to be authorized by the City Council:
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 14, Shellabarger’s First Addition
Sec. 2. The net proceeds from the sale shall be used pursuant to Section 11.05 of the Staples City Charter.
Sec. 3. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute any documents to complete the sale.
Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and publication in accordance with law.
