Vivien Griffith

Vivien Griffith, 90, of Motley, passed away January 30, 2022, at his home. 

Services were held February 4 at the Motley Free Methodist Church. 

Vivien was born to Vernon and Mabel (Rogers) Griffith on October 30, 1931, in Pillager. He met the love of his life, Donna Mae Loucks and they were united in marriage on January 26, 1952. Together they had four children. He worked with his brother in construction and they enjoyed building homes together. Viv also enjoyed ice fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Donna; four children, Dean, Pat Crouse, Cindy (Ronny) Hanson and Deb Thompson, 15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. 

Vivien is preceded in death by his parents; two  brothers Marvin and Duane; one sister, Charlotte and one daughter in-law, Kim. 

Arrangements were by the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Staples.
