Jeannine Wagner
Jeannine Wagner, 90, a resident of Harmony House in Motley, passed away July 7, 2020.
A drive through visitation was held July 14 at the Iten Funeral Home in Browerville. A private memorial service was held for the immediate family.
Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls.
Jeannine was born October 28, 1929 in Browerville to Joe and Emma Johnson. She attended Fawn Lake Country School where she learned beautiful penmanship and became a great speller. Jeannine was proud of having won a spelling bee. She was united in marriage to Edward Wagner on July 8, 1949 in Webster, South Dakota. Jeannine was known for her sense of humor, laughter and ability to tease others. She will be missed for her visits and get togethers with nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. Jeannine enjoyed word searches and gardening. She will be remembered as the best cook ever, especially for her home canned pickles.
Jeannine is survived by three sons, Dale (Tonia), Michael (Teresa) and Randy; one sister, Delores Lacina; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband and five siblings.
Memorials are preferred to the Harmony House in Motley.
Arrangements were with the Iten Funeral Home in Browerville.
