Roadside evangelist
Ron Dupuis of Hewitt had the divine inspiration to stand along Highway 10 with a cross on Jan. 10. Dupuis said he was “standing up for Jesus.” Dupuis said he is an evangelist who goes from city to city with his cross, and has been in parades with it. He said people sometimes stop to talk and he offers them “the good news” and a Bible scripture such as John 3:16. (Staples World photo by Mark Anderson)
