Notice is given by means of this legal newspaper that a meeting of the Todd/Wadena Joint Ditch Board will be held on September 2, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. It will be held at Staples City Hall, located at 122 6th Street NE, Staples, MN.

The purpose of this meeting is to acknowledge receipt of a petition from the City of Staples for improvement of parts of this ditch system. The Joint Board will also appoint an engineer for the project. All interested landowners are welcome and encouraged to attend this meeting of the Todd/Wadena Joint Ditch Board.
