Nicole Scheler, daughter of Greg and Janine Scheler of Staples; and Robert Stracek, son of Gary and Rita Stracek of Browerville, announce their engagement.

Nicole graduated from Staples Motley High School in 1999; and went on to study at The College of St. Scholastica, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior Management. She currently works at Region Five in Staples.

Robert is a 1997 graduate of SMHS; and a graduate of Central Lakes College. He works at 3M in Staples.

A summer 2011 wedding is planned.
