Lakewood Health System hosted its 7th annual Expectations Birthday Party July 22. The event celebrated babies born at the facility between June 1, 2009 and May 31, 2010. During the year of 2009, 375 babies were born at Lakewood Health System.

The birthday party was hosted by the Lakewood Health System Expectations team, which is comprised of nurses who work with expectant parents and

families through pregnancy, the birth

of their child and beyond. More than 125 guests and 42 babies were treated

to a time of celebration including gifts, pictures, a picnic dinner and birthday cake. Each baby received a birthday gift bag.
