CaiLi Rose Jares, 3, of Lincoln, died July 30, 2010 of a stroke as a result of air embolisms at the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis.

Funeral services were held Aug. 4, at the St. James Catholic Church in Randall.

Arrangements were with the Brenny Funeral Home in Randall.

CaiLi Rose was born April 20, 2007, in Changzhou, China. On July 13, 2010 while in China, she became the daughter of Floyd and Nancy Jares through adoption. She was baptized into the Catholic Faith at St. James Church on July 25 and confirmed on July 30.

CaiLi Rose is survived by her parents, six brothers, Sean St. Hilaire, Scott St. Hilaire, Daniel St. Hilaire, Floyd Jares Jr., Robert Jares, Ryan Jares; five sisters, Maria Thompson, Tressa Jares, Abby Jares, Emma Jares and Anna Grace Jares; grandmother, Iris Jares; grandfather, Earl Neuerburg; many aunts, uncles, cousin, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Jo Neuerburg and grandfather, Floyd Jares.
