Returning new owners


Dave and Carolyn Lester just couldn’t stand retirement and have come back to re-open the Staples Coast True Value Store. Last week, before the storm, members of the Staples Motley Area Chamber of Commerce paid them a visit to congratulate them. From left are Mark Pagnac, Dave and Carolyn, Amy Hunter, Autumn Pechan and Lee Jenkins. The store offers both past items and new ones coming in, including hunting and fishing supplies. Dave said firearms will be for sale soon when their federal firearms license is secured. Most past employees including Lisa, Todd, Sarah, Kris, Jason, Seanay and Gene are back at the store.
