Kiley and Weichert Realtors Tower Properties invite everyone community wide to a Kick off party with a free BBQ at the Landmark Inn, 631 3rd Ave. NE, Sunday Aug. 8 from 11 a.m. -2 p.m. Free brats and burgers will be available. The Weichert Bear will have balloons for the kids. People will be able to register for a prize drawing and to sign up for free classes. Guaranteed Rate Mortgage Company will be on hand to answer any financing questions.

Kiley is a member of Greater Lakes Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service (GLARMLS). Most buyers find their homes in the MLS, and not every real estate sales person in the area is a member of the MLS. Being a member of the MLS also hold the Realtors accountable to a strict code of ethics, which benefits all parties.

Kiley will specialize in the Staples and Motley area. She and Weichert Realtors will be offering buyer, seller and financing classes at the Landmark Inn in the future.
