Andre Sebasky, owner of Andre’s Antiques at Fifth Street and Second Avenue, kept busy mowing his lawn as the crews from Tom’s Backhoe Service removed pavement from Second Avenue (old Highway 10) just across the street. The big machines are moving westerly on the old highway as underground utility work has been completed in the first three blocks of the project.
