A ‘Meet and Greet’ event with a few of the area’s endorsed Republican candidates will be held Monday, July 19, 6:30 - 9 p.m., at the Fort Ripley Community Center, located one block north and one block west of the Fort Steakhouse.

Confirmed are Paul Gazelka, endorsed candidate for Minnesota State Senate, District 12; and Mike LeMieur, endorsed candidate for House Representative, District 12B.

Other candidates who may be a part of the event include Kevin Goedker, Chip Cravaak and Dan Severson.

The purpose of the ‘Meet and Greet’ session is to give people an opportunity to meet candidates prior to the primary election Aug. 10, ask questions; and to find out where they stand on a variety of issues.
