The Staples City Council will meet in regular session at 12 p.m., Tuesday, July 13, in the council chambers at the Staples City Hall at 122 6th Street NE.

The preliminary city council agenda is as follows:

o Minutes from previous meeting; payment of bills- Miles and Quance

o Consider request from Chamber of Commerce Railroad Days Committee for a dance and beer garden at the old Lincoln Model School on Aug. 27, from 5 p.m.-midnight

o Consider approval of Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Staple Food Corp.

o Consider approval of Lawful Gambling Premises Permit Application for Confidence Learning Center at Captain Ron’s Sports Bar & Grill

o Consider proposed 2009 year end financial adjustments

o Discuss change of regular meeting time

o Committee reports:
