NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Todd County, Minnesota is accepting proposals for right of way acquisition services for the North/South Corridor with Railroad Overpass Project in the City of Staples (SP 77-596-02). These services shall include all activities necessary to obtain all required right of way as indicted in the Right of Way Acquisition Plans for said construction project.
