A weekend of art shows in Staples
Three art shows were held the past weekend in Staples. Above, the Five Wings Arts Council held an open house Saturday at their new offices at 121 4th St. NE and celebrated the opening of their new gallery space “Middle Ground.” Their first exhibit featured artists who have received grants from the council. At right, Keith Porter, Staples, was one of the visitors to the 46th Annual Staples Rotary Art Show at Centennial Auditorium. Freshwater Education District also held their student art show over the weekend.
