Staples Community Foundation board

The Staples Community Foundation has a number of projects in the works. The workshop “Who Gets Grandma’s Yellow Pie Plate?” is scheduled for Wednesday, April 28, from 5:15-8 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church in Staples. The session, co-sponsored by the Initiative Foundation and local partners, is free, but pre-registration is requested so enough workbooks and meals can be ordered. Call Mary Theurer at 218- 894-3752 to register.

Nominations are being accepted until June 15 for the Distinguished Service Awards. Forms can be found at www.staplesfound.org.
