The Great River Regional Library Staples branch is offering adults with basic computer skills an opportunity to learn more about how to use the Internet by attending a Genealogy Hands-On Computer Class on Wednesday, April 21, 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. Participants will learn how to access Internet resources such as the HeritageQuest database and the Minnesota Historical Society web site to learn more about their family history. The class is limited to 10 people. Preregistration is required.

This program is funded with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota in 2008 which dedicated funding to preserve Minnesota’s arts and cultural heritage.
