Chelsea Miller of Staples has been promoted to the rank of specialist in the North Dakota Army National Guard.

Miller is deployed to Kosovo with Multi-National Battle Group - East on a NATO peacekeeping mission. She was promoted by 1st Lt. Anthony A. Bryant. On the deployment, Miller serves as an administrative clerk in Headquarters Platoon, Alpha Company, 231st Maneuver Task Force.

Miller has been a member of the North Dakota Army National Guard for one year.

In civilian life, Miller is a student. She is the daughter of Scott and Tammy Miller of Staples.
