Richard Benge

Richard A. Benge, 78, of Motley, died March 5, 2010 at the Lutheran Care Center in Little Falls.

Funeral services were held March 9, at the Lincoln Evangelical Free Church. Burial was at the Minnesota State Veteran’s Cemetery.

Arrangement were with the Brenny Funeral Chapel of Staples.

Richard belonged to a woodcarving group, the Blue Bird Recovery Program, Lincoln Evangelical Free Church and the Masonic Lodge in Staples. He was also a member of the U.S. Army Band at Fort Mc- Coy, Wisc.

Richard is survived by his wife Dixie; three daughters, Sandi; Marcia Quarberg; Becky (Eric) Irwin; two sons, Jeff; Scott; and six grandchildren.
