Greg Giza from Giza Plumbing and Heating was digging trenches for water lines in the interior of the new Ernie’s Food Market on Monday. Although contractors lost two weeks last fall due to wet weather, construction since then has been on schedule on the project. Ernie’s owner Al Erbe said they still have plans to be open May 1.
