Signing agreement
Administration from Central Lakes College, Brainerd and Staples; and Minnesota State Community & Technical College, Wadena, signed an agreement Feb. 16, to have CLC host an M State degree educational program at the Staples campus. This agreement is the first of its kind in this region. Industrial Mechanical Maintenance begins with the Fall 2010 semester in space formerly occupied by the CLC Diesel and Heavy Equipment Technician program (still in Staples). Industrial Mechanical Maintenance students will enjoy full use of CLC facilities and many support services, and a joint advisory board will oversee this new collaboration.
