Harold O’Brien
Harold “Pat” O’Brien, 82, of Jerome, Idaho, died Jan. 26, 2010, in Twin Falls Idaho.
Funeral services were held Jan. 30, at the Jerome Bible Baptist Church with Rev. Chester Whiteker offi ciating.
Arrangements were with Farnsworth Mortuary of Jerome.
Pat was born March 11, 1927, in Danbury, Conn., to Harry David and Grace (Hanley) O’Brien. Pat served his country in World War II, where he was stationed in Germany. At age 20, he started dairy farming, and continued for 37 years. He lived in Connecticut, Oregon, Minnesota, California and Idaho. In 1977, he met and married Donna Jensen.
Pat enjoyed spending time with family, hunting, and fishing. He trained and raised various breeds of hunting dogs.
Pat is survived by his wife of 31 years; two sons, Patrick O’Brien of Jerome; Rick (Desiree) O’Brien of Staples; one daughter, Anna (Brian) Noll of Jerome; eight grandchildren; one great-grandson; several brothers- and sistersin l aw.
