School to Work looking for outstanding youth workers

The Staples Motley School To Work committee and the Staples Motley Area Chamber need your help in identifying outstanding youth workers, who demonstrate excellent soft skills at their work site. Awards will be given to two “Outstanding Youth workers” and “Honorable Recognition” to other teens. They must be either juniors or seniors at the Staples Motley High School and demonstrate excellence at their work site in the following soft skills:

Attendance and punctuality, positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, communication, willingness to improve or learn, quality of work, dressing/grooming and responsibility.

The teens must be nominated by their employer. If the employer is an immediate relative then the nomination must come from another adult who works with the teen. The STW committee will review the applications and choose the top awardees based on the information supplied by the employer.
