65 years

High school students to compete for D.C. trip
      Todd-Wadena Electric Cooperative invites sophomores and juniors from the local area to compete for a chance to win a free, five-day trip to Washington, D.C. Two local students will be selected to join about 1,500 others from across the country at the nation’s Capitol June 12-17, 2010.

LHS’s first two knee replacements completed
      Lakewood Health System (LHS) recently completed the first two total knee replacement surgeries through its new Joint Connection program. The surgeries were preformed Dec. 15, the day after LHS held an open house to introduce the surgeons and the Joint Connection team.
