The Staples City Council will meet in regular session at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 9, in the council chambers at the Staples City Hall at 122 6th St. NE.

The preliminary City council agenda is as follows:

o Minutes from previous meeting; payment of bills- Flaten and Schmieg

o Consider Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance Amending the City Code to Remove the Limit on the Number of Intoxicating Off-Sale Liquor Licenses

o Consider Feasibility Study on the Highway 10 Turnback Project and schedule Public Hearing on the Proposed Improvements for Feb. 23, 2010.

o Committee Reports:
